Atlas Copco is to acquire the assets of Klingel Joining Technologies, that specializes in flow drill technology, a joining way used in the automotive industry. Klingel Joining Technologies is based near Munich in Germany & is 1 of 3 business units of Klingel GmbH. The business had revenues of approximately eight.5m euro in 2017 & 23 employees going to join Atlas Copco. Flow drill technology is a mechanical joining way used for aluminum & mixed material applications.
